Hello to you Dear Ones,

It is I Adama, here to speak to each of you.

I, and my fellow Lemurians, am here to speak to each of you of the ways of the heart and of this special time upon Planet Earth!

We are here in Lemuria holding the cords of love, to be implemented into your wonderful fields at this momentous time. Now is the time of harvest, the time of fall...

As the seasons change, remember who you are... That you too are falling into new ways of being! Enjoy your time upon the Earth and come home to the resonance of love within you...

Now is the time to return to your own heartbeat, your own rhythms and with this, to return to the oneness that each of you are…

As each of you comes home to your own rhythms and expressions, your heart’s resonance, you will find your joys, your loves and who you truly are here and how you can express that upon this dear planet!

We, here in Lemuria, are holding that grace and expression of love as well!

We are your families of light from within and you also have many families of light from without, we say this as to say that above and below are your families and we are within each of you and all around you, helping you to hold grace and ease in your living expressions.

Know that as we are within the earth’s sphere, you have families of light from the stars, and distant star systems as well, who bring you grace and family...

See that as “so above and so below”, we all cherish your expressions and would ask you to remember that flame of love, unity, and home within your dear hearts’ now...  We ask you to, at this time, allow your inner flame to be lit and to allow yourself to feel comforted to express your true nature...

As this time of harvest is at hand all around you... witness your growths and achievements you have made this year and feel into your heart’s the truth of how deeply you are connected to everything!

As you gain momentum of your expression, you can see how far you have come... how your wisdom has been garnered and how you can choose to express new relationships and new growth patterns now into your daily lives...

As things are falling away upon the surface world, witness what is lasting... what is eternal within you...

It is your light, your expression. As the light dims further upon you’re sphere, coming into fall and winter... Cherish your light within...

Cherish your flame of expression, your ray of light...

Enjoy your own resonance and heartbeat and find the strengths within you as you follow your own rhythm and joys!

Be easy as you come home to enjoy this body and the abilities you have to share with others as you express your heart’s wishes!

Dear ones, each of you has wonderful expressions to share. You are living essences that need conscious enjoyment of your own rhythms to feel at home and at ease within your embodiments!

As you allow yourselves to consciously choose your expressions now, you will feel safe and at ease to share those parts of your creative spirit with the world around you. As you do this each of you are bringing such treasures to be unlocked within you and to be shared and voiced, expressed upon this dear planet Earth!

Dear ones, we your brothers and sisters of light, are here cheering you on and supporting you in your expressions!

As above and so below we are one family and now is the time to return to wholeness, within and without, so be it!

Enjoy the time of harvest and harvest within you, your resonance, your heartbeat and your gifts, so as you may share those conscious expressions with the world at large...

Now is the time to do so and each of you is so greatly supported by your families of light, as above and so below you now!

Thank each of you from my heart to yours, hold dearly your own flame of love within and allow it to grow brightly, ever giving you permission and life force to be who you are upon this beloved Mother Earth!

Together we are one and one family!

We are home within the heart and we share there your love as well, thank you, we are ever grateful of the expression of love in all varieties and share with you your joys and triumphs!

The Sirian Councils Of Light, Be in Joy!

Hello to you! We are the Sirian Councils of Light and wish to bring tidings of joy to each of your hearts, to allow each of you to come into resonance with your home, the home that is inside of you...

To be at home is the task at hand... To be at home within your own being and to reside at the frequency of delight in your own expression and joy!

This joy is also the time that is emerging and is here to enlarge your perception of what and how to be in a joyful way more often in your personal experiences!

Yes! Joyfulness.. This is a great theme for each of you to relish in.. What is my joy? What is my expression? Am I allowing myself to feel joyful no matter what the occasion is?

Quite frankly you all need more occasions to be joyful and we ask you to play with that... Is it proper etiquette in the human world to be joyful right now? Would this cause controversy? Can I be joyful in the face of heartbreak or in the face of worldly affairs that are not deemed joyful at this time?

Yes, think and ponder upon these things for each of you are BE-ing called to allow more joyful occurrences and your most joyful natures to unwind here into this reality at this time..

To do so is the task at hand as this frequency shift is full throttle... 

Many are going thru much upheaval and it is pertinent for you all to do your part to allow the vibration of joy to come into fruition here...

Yes, it is quite needed and we are so pleased as is the spiritual hierarchy to allow this occurrence as well...

Dear Ones, you are all vessels of this expression of love and joy... To be in joy you are aware of the occurrence around you, but it is a choice to choose this joy more often.. To witness everyone’s foibles and misunderstandings, but to allow them all their experiences... 

Each of you is here with purpose to experience this world! Many realities are created and yet as you experience the heart’s frequency of joy more often you are creating the new worlds here, the new time for allowing in an easier way to live here upon the earth! To love here and be one with everything; with all beings...

Allow the occurrence of joy to resonate within you... Give yourself permission. Do not discredit others’ experiences when they are not in joy-- and yourself included-- as you are releasing much and you must allow the flow of overall wellbeing... 

We discuss this as many see and feel others’ pain and suffering and believe that they should not be in joy if another is in pain. We will say that to allow your joy no matter what is occurring, if you are feeling this joy and expression, to play with allowing it no matter how others feel around you, for in essence it will allow them another option!

Many upon your world have been taught to ignore themselves and to feel the pain of others in order to help them deal with what is occurring in “their” reality… To feel joyful in the face of pain and suffering has been deemed frivolous or naïve or not “in reality”... We disagree wholeheartedly!

To be in joy whilst another is in pain (and not by being flashy) but being genuine-in-the-heart-- joyfully loving-- actually would allow the person to feel good. It would help them to unlock their natural abilities for joy in the face of heartbreak as well!

Dear Ones, now is the time to release the fears and constructs of the mental body upon the earth, to release the patterns of what has been known to get you to this place, this moment of the New!

Now is the new time and in this new time, you all have great abilities for magic, for wonder, for miracles and for your hearts’ resonance with Joy!

Now is the time that this new joyful state will be uplifting this reality and allowing a more graceful entrance into the balance of heaven and earth upon this sphere.

So we say to you, be in joy, be free to express who you are here, be free to express your heartfelt, joyful playfulness. No matter what the occurrence is around you and you will be most helpful in this occurrence of bringing heaven to the earthly realm. So be it!

We love each of you and wish each of you tenderhearted comfort in your own being... Be true to your heart and the joy within.. Be easy and allow the grace to manifest thru you by allowing it to be so…

Adama, Lady Nada, and The Masters of Love: Love’s Becoming

Hello to each of you. 

It is I, Adama, here to be with you in a breath of peace and love and fulfillment of your heart’s desires, your heart’s wishes.

Coming to each of you we are here to be of service to Love’s Becoming... to the heart opening time upon this dear earth. We, and I mean, I and the Masters of light and peace and harmony are all here to witness and to be a part of this love’s becoming and emergence in each of your dear hearts!

Each of your dear hearts wants to be in a loving way with this world, with all beings, to be in this loving way we arise together to be in unison. We allow in our own heart loves’ becoming.

To allow is the most important thing to do at this time, at this time of the Solstice. In this time all is emerging, coming to fruition. It is a most sacred time to allow all the blossoming all around you. It is seen in nature and in people. What is this blossoming? It is also in your very heart!

To allow is the most important “doing” as it creates a way to flow with the grace of all that is. To be in an allowing state one must allow all things. Allow all possibilities and be open to the blossoming that is happening all around and within you as well. Dear ones All is happening within each of you…

This time is most fruitful to allow loves’ becoming thru you; thru each of your hearts you feel and know this to be true.

What are your heart’s wishes? They are simple: allowing, flowing, opening, expanding, growing, becoming and being full of love! To be full of love and to allow it to fill you fully, then let it cascade out to others and to all life!

Now is a most sacred time of loves’ becoming as all is becoming thru you, thru your heart! As you allow this flow of love or energy to be with you, allow it to fill you fully first. Yes, this is in order. So much time is spent on your dear planet by putting everyone else’s needs before your own. We understand that there are many ideas about this issue…

We would say that now is the time to allow loves’ becoming thru you. Thru all parts of you allow healing, love, opening and discovery of this expression and experiences thru your own being…

What makes your heart sing? What makes you feel love? Do you allow it?

Do you sometimes, instead, put the focus on another’s needs first?

We would say at this time, and all time forward, to create and to allow this love. It is of best use by allowing your own heart to be full.

To share and experience within you all that is love, one harmonizes one’s own frequency… To know thyself… Be easy as you come unto this time and truly allow yourself well being. Allow yourself, give yourself permission to be free, to be easy, to allow love and to then share as your well is full.

Dear ones we are so pleased as this occurrence of love is harmonizing each of you to love’s rhythm. It is softer and it is allowing more time to be— to enjoy this life you are in.

We say, “Enjoy you, your life and your own harmony within.” As you do, you are of great service to all that is. To allow this love and harmony within you is loves’ becoming thru your very being!

Each of us comes together by this process and new harmonies are born here upon the Earth. We are all in this together to ignite love within this sphere and our mother, the earth, is so full of joy as she watches each of you become. You are all like the flowers: growing, opening and emerging into the light…

The Masters and I are one and each of us is in so much enjoyment being who we are. We ask you to find the opening within yourself to enjoy you.  Enjoy your being and your heart’s wishes and dreams. As you do we can all join again in one family of Love. So be it!

Thank you dear ones for our time together… It is Lady Nada and I too am here to be of service to this love’s becoming thru and within each of your most radiant hearts!

As we come together in harmony, in harmonization of our talents and gifts and exuberance, we sing forth. We shine forth upon this sphere of light, the harmony of life force. Life force is ever giving... 

This energy that is life force is truly love! It is aligning and merging with you all the time. It is what is behind all matter. Life is love and as you honor that, as you honor your life, you can allow in the love!

Be true to your own frequency that is unfolding love in greater measures at this time thru all levels of your embodiment. Be aware of how much you are living in your daily moment; “Am I allowing this love or am I afraid, pushing it away?”

Know that truly you cannot push it away as it is what is enlivening your embodiment. But you can allow more. You can awaken to the knowledge that you are this love. It is you and you are one with it! All else is illusion. Yet in that too is understanding, is growth and is ever expanding joy of loves’ becoming thru you, thru each of you!

Your greatest service is to this now, to love’s becoming thru all levels of your being and to acknowledge that. You are this love! To allow your own growth and understandings, to allow your heart’s wishes and to allow all...

Be easy upon yourself as you learn to love you! We love each of you full heartedly! We awaken with you in your hearts when you allow this love within. We share and know with you the beauty of all that is. 

Join in this occurrence more frequently and we shall sing with you in joy! Awaken to this note. Be in an allowing state of joy as you emerge into the light. Be like the flower and enjoy the journey…

To loves’ becoming and emerging thru your most sacred hearts!

Hello to you dear ones, it is Lady Nada here to speak to each of you about the resonance of your heart’s focus..

Each one of you has a special resonance of your own unique signature.. Your own spark of life.. This is your heart’s signature or your heart’s focus as well..

This focus or spark is in true alignment with your full souls’ presence or over soul..

This spark of life is your life force that is keeping you in your directive of awareness of this embodiment.. This focus of life is your soul’s fragment of awareness here as well..

Allow yourself to journey with me… To journey into your own unique configuration of your soul spark… 

This is illuminating your path in this life.. Your heart’s focus is illuminating your path in this life, in this focus of this embodiment..

To drop deeply into this awareness now is a most magical moment that I can spend with you..

We ask you to drop now into your heart’s awareness by the intention to do so with us..

Yes it is that easy as you are the director of this focus now.. You can allow yourself to come into harmony with your focus as the director as well.. To be the true director of this embodiment, you allow yourself to relax into your heart’s awareness… let go into it..

Very good, now as I have your attention in this moment, let go of who you think you must be, who you must be for others, and drop deeper into your own signature.

Allow yourself to feel into this moment the purity of your consciousness in the now. Be with us in your true expression...

Allow us to guide you into further awareness of your heart’s focus..

You are a spark of divinity of creator.. You are all equal in this.. Yet each of you has so many lives and experiences, unique stories, unique expressions… this is a beingness that is timeless.. It is encoded with all your soul memories.. As each of you are coming more online with your heart’s focus you are able to remember who you truly are… and who you are is quite vaster than the story you are playing here, quite vaster than the day to day awareness..

We ask you to come deeper into your heart’s focus to awaken your stored encodements there at this time and we are in agreement to align with you in this moment to activate your knowledge within.. We ask you if you would like to know more of your true self, your gifts and how you can allow them into this reality that you are a embodiment in? Yes!

So as in this moment we are with you to help you unlock the door to your heart. To awaken to the truth, to come home to the matter of your sacred heart’s resonance.. Now~

Yes, now is the time for unfolding of greener pastures in this embodiment. To allow your gifts and abilities to awaken further and deeper.. To come home to your natural resonance of the soul’s love into this embodiment now.. Yes, Now!

To be easy as this occurrence is awakening love so deeply and strongly that you feel sometimes, "how can I be this love here..  all the time?”

Yes, all the time as you awaken and deepen this occurrence, that is the task at hand!

Dear ones, all of you have prepared for this occurrence.. And we say to you, Allow it to be, quite graceful it is.. Quite natural it is as well, as the flower opens, the heart opens too, slowly but surely it blooms..

Dear ones, allow your heart to bloom now, be not afraid.. Allow the good measure and the kindness within.. Be still for the beating of your heart, your rhythm, your peace, and your occurrence of love.. Now is the time, always it is now!

We thank you for allowing this harmony, this journey with us.. Come home to this space often; ask to know your heart’s resonance, your spark of Creator.. Ask and you shall receive, always this is so.. Listen and you will know… your own rhythm is right here.. within you now.

We love you deeply and know that this love is you, always and forever.. We greet you in peace and in knowledge of who you are. 

Keep alive your flame, by allowing your own blooming.. Effortlessly and full of grace.. You are love eternal,, and so it is!
